How we engage
Discover. Pilot.
Cutover. Hypercare.
One methodology. Four phases. Fixed-scope SOWs. Weekly status. Migration runbooks delivered with every project — yours to keep.
Phase 01
1–3 weeks
Discover
Workload inventory. Dependency mapping. Risk register. Source-system access. Stakeholder alignment. Output: a fixed-fee Statement of Work with a defined scope, schedule, and acceptance criteria.
Phase 02
1–2 weeks
Pilot
Controlled migration of a representative slice — a department, a tenant region, a workload subset. Validates the runbook before scale. Surface the surprises early and on a small enough surface area to recover.
Phase 03
1–8 weeks
Cutover
Full migration executed against the runbook. Daily status. End-user communications support. Senior engineer on-call during the cutover window. We don't disappear after kickoff — the person who scoped it runs it.
Phase 04
2 weeks default, extendable
Hypercare
Production stabilization, residual ticket cleanup, knowledge transfer to your IT team — or to our managed-support lane if you choose that path. Final post-mortem. Runbook handoff in your knowledge base.
What you get at the end
The runbook is yours.
The runbook
In your knowledge base. Yours to maintain, modify, or hand to the next team.
The post-mortem
What went well, what would change, and what the next phase should look like if you choose to continue.
Optional handoff
To your internal team — or to our managed-support lane if you want us to keep operating it.
Have a project on the runway?
Tell us the workload, the seat count, and the deadline. We'll come back inside two business days with scope and a fixed-fee range.
