We staff senior-only, so the rate sits well above the mid-tier subcontractor market. That is the cost structure behind the named engineer who scopes and delivers the SOW, with no bait and switch and no anonymous resource pool. We share the current rate band on the 15-minute fit call and lock it per SOW.

CMMC L2, GCC High, AD Tier-0, and incident response price at the upper end of the band. Multi-month engagements over 200 committed hours negotiate to a lower blended rate. Travel for on-site work bills separately, capped per SOW. No hidden overhead, no platform fee, no time-card minimums.

Zero co-sell conflict

Pro IT NW deliberately carries no Microsoft Solutions Partner badges and no vendor partner programs. Your designations stay yours. Your co-sell incentives stay yours. We will never compete with you for Microsoft co-sell credit on a shared engagement.

Mutual no-poach + no client marketing

Standard sub-MSA terms include a mutual no-poach clause and a 12-month restriction on Pro IT NW marketing to your client during or after an engagement. We are not a wedge into your book of business.

Your brand, your methodology, your delivery cadence

We deliver inside your project plan, your reporting cadence, and your client-facing communications. Pro IT NW does not surface to your client unless you choose to introduce us by name. Many of our sub engagements stay invisible to the end client.

What is the engagement model?

Pro IT NW operates as a subcontractor under your master agreement, with each engagement scoped in a Statement of Work signed against a sub-MSA between our two firms. We can run as a 1099 sub (per engagement) or as a W-2 sub through Pro IT NW for the duration of the project. The named engineer is identified at SOW signature.

What is the rate?

How fast can you sign a sub-MSA?

Same week if your legal team turns redlines inside five business days. We respond to redlines inside three business days. We have a template ready to send, or we will sign yours. The sub-MSA pre-clears the relationship so the first SOW can move at project pace.

Will Pro IT NW market to our clients during or after the engagement?

No. Standard sub-MSA terms include a 12-month no-market clause covering the specific client and a mutual no-poach clause covering our respective employees and contractors. Pro IT NW's revenue comes from delivering under primes and from our direct project work, not from converting your client base.

Does Pro IT NW carry Microsoft Solutions Partner designations or vendor badges?

No. By design. We are vendor-neutral and labor-only. We do not earn co-sell incentives, deal-registration discounts, or vendor margin. This is a feature for prime relationships: your designations stay yours, your co-sell credit stays yours, and there is no badge-driven recommendation bias for us to disclose to your client.

What if our client wants to retain Pro IT NW directly post-engagement?

We will redirect them to you for any extension of the engaged scope. For genuinely new and unrelated work the client initiates after the no-market window expires, we will tell you first and offer a referral fee structure. We will not take a referral that competes with active work you have in flight.

Where is the team based?

Seattle headquarters with USA-wide remote project delivery. The senior bench is US-based. We do not offshore engineering or sub through global staffing arms. Travel for on-site work bills separately, capped per SOW.
