Pro IT NW was founded after three decades in enterprise IT. The model is intentionally narrow: senior-led project work in the Microsoft stack, the virtualization stack, and the identity and security layers that hold them together.

We don't run a help desk. We don't resell hardware. We don't carry a vendor flag. What we do is finish projects — the kind that other firms either won't quote (Tier-1 minimums) or can't deliver (commodity MSPs out of their depth).

When a project needs more capacity than the founding team carries, we scale through a deep bench of named specialists — engineers we've worked with for years. Every engagement gets the right credentialed person for the work, not the next analyst on the bench at a global SI.

30-year IT operator. In the trenches since 1996 — every wave from NT 4.0 domains through Active Directory, Exchange 5.5 through hybrid Exchange, on-prem to Microsoft 365, VMware to Hyper-V to Azure. Microsoft platform specialist with deep expertise in M365, Azure, VMware, identity, security, and complex migrations.

The shop is built on a simple bet: the work mid-market enterprises actually need is senior project work that never gets handed to a junior. Tier-1 firms won't quote it under their minimums. Commodity MSPs are out of their depth. The middle is where the real engineering happens, and that's where Pro IT NW lives.

Direct, technical, plain-spoken. No marketing fluff. If a project doesn't fit, we say so. If a recommendation conflicts with what a vendor wants to sell, we still make the recommendation. Vendor-neutral isn't a slogan — it's the business model.
